Payment by credit card
If payment is to be made by credit card the Customer agrees to pay for Services
in AUD via the Customer's nominated credit card account, which shall be
debited automatically.
In no event will the Company be liable to the Customer or any other person
for any damages directly or indirectly resulting from any loss, damage or
claims resulting from fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card or
credit card details; or any action of a financial institution for making
or failing to make credit card payments.
Payment by Cheque/ Cash
Payment can be made either by cash or cheque in AUD.
REFUND POLICY
The Customer is deemed to have accepted the Services unless it makes a claim
in accordance with the following Clause:
The Customer may claim the right to return any Services which are wrongly
rendered or which are not in accordance with any express .
representations or these terms, by notifying the Company of the claim and providing full particulars of the claim in writing within 7 days of receipt of the Services. The amount incurred extra will be refunded

On-line Credit Card Transactions:
We process your credit card details on-line and in real-time, allowing you
to know if your order was successful. Currently we support VISA, MasterCard,
AMEX and Bankcard only.
Credit Card Security
ACM Partners uses sophisticated technologies to provide transaction security.
We have had no customers report fraudulent use of a credit card as a result
of services made with us.
We use 128-bit encryption through the use of a security certificate provided
by Verisign. This is the industry standard for Internet encryption.
Make sure you are running the current version of your web browser to benefit
from the 128-bit encryption.
Our secure server software encrypts your credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet.
In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit card, or may limit your liability to just $50.00.
ACM Partners will cover your liability up to $50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from services made at ACM Partners while using the secure server.
Your credit card details are stored in an encrypted format inaccessible from
the internet.
This guarantee covers a maximum liability of $50.00.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your
card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
